Suhas Swami

Suhas Swami has nearly 13 years of work experience in product development and quality. Suhas currently holds the position of Head of Product Development & Quality at IFB Industries Ltd, where they are responsible for introducing new technologies and executing them in kitchen appliances. Suhas'srole also includes product development, quality assurance, and handling field issues. Prior to this, Suhas worked as a Manager of Product Development & Quality at FRANKE FABER INDIA PVT.LTD, where they played a key role in new product development and finalizing product roadmaps. Suhas also worked at LG ELECTRONICS HOME APPLIANCE COMPANY as an Assistant Manager, focusing on product development in the air conditioning and refrigerator sectors. Suhas also had roles at LG Electronics, where they worked as a New Product Sr Engineer and New Product Development Sr Engineer, specializing in commercial air conditioner and refrigerator development. Throughout their career, Suhas has been involved in market analysis, product benchmarking, and project management.

Suhas Swami holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design, which they obtained from NIE Institute of Technology, MYSORE between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from BLDEAs College of Engg. & Technology, BIJAPUR, from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Suhas has also obtained various certifications, including "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader" and "Quality Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in December 2020 and September 2020 respectively. Suhas also holds a "SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT" certification from LG Electronics, however, the exact dates of obtaining this certification are unknown.
