Leah Armstrong

Leah Armstrong (Soules) currently serves as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at FULLBEAUTY Brands since July 2022. With extensive experience as a Franchisee for Little Caesars Restaurants since 2007, Leah successfully expanded operations from one to five profitable locations while managing all aspects of human resources and financial operations. Prior to this role, Leah held significant positions at Rolls-Royce from January 2017 to August 2022, including Continuous Improvement Manager, where Leah focused on lean manufacturing processes and led key projects in assembly operations for turbine manufacturing. Leah's career began with Ford Motor Company from 1994 to 2007, where notable contributions included leading a $4 million refurbishment project and achieving over $7 million in cost savings through Six Sigma methodologies. Leah holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
