Diego Alonso Valdivieso has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Diego is currently the Head of Customer Success at ifeel, where they have been since February 2022. Diego started their career at AEA, the Spanish Association of Advertisers, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant from 2011 to 2014. Diego also briefly worked as an Assistant in the Digital Marketing Department at Equmedia in July 2013.

Through their various roles, Diego has gained experience in customer success, sales, account management, and business process management. Diego has demonstrated the ability to work in diverse industries and adapt to different responsibilities and challenges.

Diego Alonso Valdivieso's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled in Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Diego completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge English Language Assessment in May 2014.
