Flavia Puorto

Flavia Puorto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Flavia currently works as an Emotional Support Specialist at ifeel - Emotional well-being for modern organizations since their start in September 2022. Additionally, they hold the position of Bilingual Clinical Psychologist at a private clinic since February 2021.

In their previous roles, Flavia worked as an Educator at Juan Uribe Inglês Afetivo from January 2019 to June 2021, an Assistant Teacher at Aubrick Escola Bilíngue Multicultural from January 2016 to January 2019, and as an Intern in Clinical Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie - Clínica Escola and Projeto Quixote / Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from February 2016 to December 2016.

Flavia also gained experience as an Intern in Psychology at Instituto C from 2015 to 2016 and worked as a Merchandise staff member at Walt Disney World from December 2014 to March 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Teacher at Colégio Marista Arquidiocesano from January 2014 to December 2014.

Flavia Puorto completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2012 to 2016. Flavia then pursued a Post-Graduation degree in Clinical and Institutional Psychology with a focus on Gestalt Therapy at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul from 2017 to 2019. In 2022, Flavia attended a mini-course on Clinical Psychology titled "Atendendo Imigrantes e Compatriotas que Vivem no Exterior" at Instituto Sedes Sapientiae. In 2023, they completed a course on the introduction to the methodology of handling abusive relationships called "Metodologia Não Era Amor de Manejo de Relacionamentos Abusivos" at Não Era Amor. Additionally, Flavia received training from Projeto Quixote in 2016 in the pedagogical concepts and approaches for working with children and adolescents at risk and also in the field of drugs and vulnerability in the same population.
