Hedy obtained their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, completing their studies from 2009 to 2015. In 2016 to 2017, they attended the Instituto Peruano de Terapia Conductual Cognitiva IPETEC to become a Therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
