Nkosazana Barton

Nkosazana B. is an accomplished educator and creative professional with extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, and artistic direction. Currently serving as a Math and Dance Teacher at Lamad Academy Charter School, Nkosazana has also founded Second2 & Third3, a digital platform aimed at empowering the African diaspora through holistic wellness. As a Visual Storyteller and Creative Consultant, Nkosazana provides creative direction in photography and filmmaking. Additional teaching experience includes working as a Teaching Artist at Ifetayo Cultural Arts Academy, Inc. and as an Associate Teacher at Educational Alliance. Previous roles also encompass positions in marketing, administration, and English instruction. Nkosazana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Howard University and The College of New Rochelle.
