Amandula Anderson

Amandula Anderson is an experienced leader in the nonprofit and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director at IFF (CDFI) since August 2019. Amandula leads a team of experts in real estate and lending, focusing on enhancing access to capital for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. Prior roles include Managing Director of Real Estate Solutions for Indiana, where Amandula supported community-driven real estate professionals, and Director of Real Estate Solutions at the United Way of Central Indiana, managing initiatives to improve the quality of life for families. Amandula's earlier career includes significant leadership positions at United Northeast CDC, Irvington Development Organization, and Near North Community Development Corporation, with a strong emphasis on housing, community improvement, and asset building. Amandula holds a Master's degree in Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from the University of Indianapolis, along with a degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Indianapolis.
