Clarence Wright III is an experienced professional in project management and construction, currently serving as a Senior Owner’s Representative at IFF (CDFI) since November 2020. Previously, Wright held various roles including Project Manager for the City of Detroit, overseeing capital projects and facilities maintenance, and Building Inspector responsible for enforcing Michigan Building Code compliance. Additional project management experience includes positions at Mitchell Metals, Cheyenne Development Services, and a financial advisory role at Edward Jones. Wright's career in construction began as a Project Engineer at Detroit Contracting, Inc. and a Lead Carpenter at Marous Brothers Construction. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserves, Wright served as an Infantryman and squad leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the REAP program.
