Lloyd Shields

Lloyd Shields is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Acting Chief Financial Officer at IFF (CDFI) since February 2024 and multiple positions at Community First Fund since March 2016, including Acting Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Lloyd Shields established Lloyd Shields Consulting in May 2016, focusing on financial consulting while seeking part-time CFO opportunities following retirement from full-time roles. Formerly, Lloyd Shields served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer at IFF (CDFI) from 2010 to 2017, and as CFO of Corporate Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where significant cost savings were achieved. Previous roles include Head of Management Accounting at BankOne and CFO for the Retail Banking Line of Business at First Chicago. Lloyd Shields holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
