Ercan Erdas

Ercan Erdas serves as Head of Manufacturing, Projects, and Operational Excellence at IFFCO Group since February 2020, overseeing a Capex Project Portfolio of $150 million annually across various business segments. Responsibilities include managing capital projects in 15 business units globally, establishing governance processes, and leading sustainability initiatives aimed at CO2 reduction. Prior to IFFCO, Ercan held several key positions at Cargill from 1998 to 2020, where project management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization were central, including recognition for energy efficiency. Earlier roles at DYO and ISIKO involved project management and implementation of control systems, contributing to Ercan's extensive engineering and operational expertise. Ercan earned a BS in Electronics Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi between 1988 and 1992.
