Kristijan Jaksic

Kristijan Jaksic is an experienced professional in the food technology sector, currently serving as the Technical Sales and Product Development Manager at IFFCO Group since June 2023, specializing in fats and oils as well as bakery and patisserie. Prior to this role, Kristijan held the position of R&D Technical Services Expert at Barry Callebaut Group from April 2021 to May 2023, where expertise was provided on various R&D projects with a focus on customer support. Kristijan also contributed significantly as the R&D and QA Manager at Kandit d.o.o. from November 2010 to February 2021, leading teams and collaborating on key projects during the construction of a new factory. Kristijan began the career as an R&D and Production Engineer and holds a Master of Technology in Food Technology and Processing from Sveučilište 'Josipa Jurja Strossmayera' u Osijeku.
