Regina Tyas

Regina Tyas is an experienced professional in project management and product development within the insurance industry. Currently serving as AVP Head of Implementation & Project Management at IFG Life since March 2023, Regina leads project governance and implementation efforts. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager Scrum Master at Allianz from April 2016 to March 2023, where Regina managed project plans, resources, and IT phases. Regina also worked as Product Implementation Manager at PT. Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life, overseeing product launch preparations, and held positions in underwriting and product strategy at AXA Financial and Great Eastern Life Indonesia, respectively. Regina holds a Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat degree from the University of Indonesia, as well as a nursing degree from STIK St. Carolus.
