Seshadri Vangala

Seshadri Vangala has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Seshadri started their career as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Deloitte in 2004 and subsequently worked as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at IPSoft in 2005. In 2006, they took on the role of the Global Recruitment/Resource Head at HCL Technologies. Seshadri then transitioned to Hewlett-Packard, where they served as the Country Staffing Manager from 2006 to 2008.

After that, Seshadri joined ABC Consultants UK Limited as the Leader of the Technology Practice in Europe. In 2010, they became the Director at Palm Mason Group, a recruitment firm specializing in financial technology, energy, and consultancies. In 2014, they took on a Director role at mthree and continued until 2016.

During their career, Seshadri also founded their own company, SGlobal B.V in 2019, where they assumed the role of CEO and Founder. Seshadri added to their experience by serving as the Founding Director of ISF Network, a social impact movement aimed at supporting startups, from 2023 onwards.

Notably, Seshadri has been the Group Chief Executive Officer at IFIN Global Group since 2011. Overall, they have held leadership roles, focusing on talent acquisition, recruitment, and executive search.

Seshadri Vangala completed the Entrepreneurial Edge program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at London Business School in 2021. Prior to that, in 2013-2014, they pursued an Executive MBA at XLRI Jamshedpur. Seshadri also holds a B.E degree, which they obtained from Andhra University between 1992 and 1996.
