Kelly Boss

Kelly Boss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and community services. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at iFixit since November 2013, Kelly oversees HR operations for a globally recognized community known for promoting repair and sustainability. Previously, Kelly held roles at Niguel Shores Community Association as a Member Services Representative/Admin Assistant, and at Transitions-Mental Health Association, first as a Case Manager for adults with mental illness and then as Program Supervisor for a wellness center. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2009.
