Ben Philpott

Ben Philpott has over 25 years of experience in the film and TV industry, specializing in Director of Photography/Lighting Cameraman roles. Ben has worked on high-end narrative broadcast and commercial productions, adapting to new technology advancements such as the transition from film to video and high definition formats. Ben has international experience with clients including BBC, Discovery, and UK Independents. In addition to their freelance work, they have held other roles such as Broadcast Assistant at BBC and International Sales and Marketing Manager at Gekko Technology Ltd. Ben's more recent positions include Co-Founder at Excitable Media, Founder at Sky Rocket Media, Director of Global Development at iFLY Indoor Skydiving, and Business Development roles at Creative Technology and Fountain Studios.

Ben Philpott's education history includes attending the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, where they specialized in Lighting Design and TV Production. Ben also received training at NLP Life Training in NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapy. Additionally, Ben pursued leadership studies at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Prior to these experiences, they attended Marling Grammar School until 1983, although the field of study for that time is unknown.
