Kai Thiebes

Kai Thiebes has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Kai started in 2011 as a student worker at the Helmholtz-Institut - RWTH Aachen und Universitätsklinikum Aachen. In 2014, they became the Geschäftsführer - Managing Director at Hansford Sensors GmbH, where they focused on business foundation and development, as well as sales market development. Kai then moved on to Hansford Sensors Ltd in 2018, serving as the Head of Engineering - R&D initially and later as the Global Corporate Development Director until 2023. Currently, they are working at ifm as the Abteilungsleiter | Director Product Management moneo|RTM, starting in 2024.

Kai Thiebes obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering/Medical Technology from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences in 2012. Kai then went on to complete a Master of Engineering degree in Product Development at the same university, graduating in 2014.
