Katja Brandenburg

Katja Brandenburg is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in talent acquisition and project management. Currently serving in a human resources role at ifm since February 2024, Katja previously held multiple positions at coliquio from February 2021 to September 2023, including HR Project Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, contributing to the growth of the largest medical community in the German-speaking region. Prior experience includes roles at pates GmbH as Executive Recruiterin in the pharma industry and Team Leader in recruiting, as well as a position in lean and change management at Daimler AG. Katja began their career as a marketing and event management intern at R.O.L.E. Foundation, managing various events and administrative tasks. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organisation from FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies and Management from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz, along with international study experience at Universitas Gadjah Mada.
