Katrina Gowans

Katrina Gowans is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations and corporate law. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Operations for APAC at IFM Investors since June 2023, Katrina also holds leadership positions as Co-Chair of the Australian Chapter of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) and as an Advisory Board member for the Centre for Legal Innovation. Previously, Katrina led national legal operations and served as a Senior Corporate Lawyer at Origin Energy from April 2014 to March 2023. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Mallesons Stephen Jaques from 2001 to March 2014. Katrina Gowans earned a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law and Politics from Monash University between 1995 and 2000.
