Timothy Dobney

Timothy Dobney is an accomplished investment director with extensive experience in the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Investment Director for IFM Investors since September 2022, Timothy specializes in originating and executing infrastructure transactions. Prior to this, Timothy held various significant roles including Senior Vice President for Infrastructure & Energy at Macquarie Group, where duties involved executing transactions across multiple asset classes and serving as Chief Operating Officer for Savion, a North American solar development platform. Timothy's legal expertise as a former corporate advisory lawyer complements a strong educational background, including dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Law from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance.
