Chris Lindblom, CPA and MBA

Chris Lindblom, CPA and MBA, has extensive experience in finance and operations. Theircareer began in 2002 when they were hired as Assistant Controller at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. During this role, they revamped accounting, cost accounting and accounts payable teams and processes to enhance alignment and performance both with business groups and with Financial Planning in a highly matrixed organization. Chris also implemented Oracle 11i ERP system and Concur travel and expense system for over one thousand employees. In 2006, they were hired as Vice President, Accounting and Finance at Infinity Pharmaceuticals. During this role, they built a Sarbanes-Oxley compliant accounting team and robust SEC/management reporting processes. Chris was also a key leader in a team that successfully executed two confidentially marketing equity offerings exceeding $250M in total proceeds. In 2013, they were hired as Vice President of Finance at OvaScience, where they built the finance team and efficiently executed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and SEC/management reporting. In 2014, they were hired as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at BIND Therapeutics, where they played a key role in confidentially marketed equity raise, at-the-market facility and venture debt. Chris was also a strong member of the management team and spoke regularly on quarterly earnings conference calls with investors. In 2017, they were hired as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Warp Drive Bio, Inc., where they played a significant part with the CEO in M&A with Revolution Medicines, Inc. during the Series B equity raise process. In 2019, they were hired as Vice President of Finance, Secretary and Treasurer at Cogen Immune Medicine, Inc., where they executed M&A with another Flagship company to form Repertoire Immune Medicines and implemented financial integration activities. In 2020, they were hired as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at IFM Therapeutics, where they were a member of the Management Team and made several operational improvements, including implementing Prendio, further optimizing NetSuite to include all subsidiaries for the full LLC structure and using Carta for the first time on several legal entities. In 2021, they were hired as Vice President of Finance at Cedilla Therapeutics, where they were a member of the Management Team and played a key role in equity financing and amending venture debt agreement. In 2022, they returned to IFM Therapeutics as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.

Chris Lindblom, CPA and MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management in 1993. Chris then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2000. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant.
