Alice C. Santana has worked in a variety of roles in the music and performing arts industry since 2006. Alice C. began their career as an Office Assistant at the Registrar's Office at Albright College. Alice C. then worked as a Spanish Tutor at the Academic Learning Center at Albright College and was the MEISA Chapter President and Freshmen Forum Mentor at Albright College in 2008. That same year, they were the Grammy U-Campus Representative for Albright College with The Recording Academy and Co-Founder & CEO of LION Records. In 2009, they worked as an Intern & Consultant for AMLA (Artists and Musicians of Latin America), Executive Vice President for Ifodige Productions, Inc., and Albright FACES Ambassador for the Admissions Office at Albright College. In 2010, they were the Director and School Director for AMLA (Artists and Musicians of Latin America). Since 2016, they have been the Community Outreach Manager and Student Affairs & Community Relations Coordinator for the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts.

Alice C. Santana attended Drexel University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Arts Administration. Prior to that, they attended Albright College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business & Business Administration with an International Business Track.
