Fábio Maffei Lira, a seasoned product management professional, has been with iFood since April 2016, advancing through various roles to currently serve as Senior Group Product Manager, overseeing the CRM aspects of iFood Pago's payment products. Fábio has led initiatives in CX automation, innovation in product development, and restaurant promotion empowerment, demonstrating a commitment to leveraging technology and AI to enhance customer experiences and optimize operations. Prior experience includes co-founding Smart Dojo, an entrepreneurial venture aimed at honing product management skills, and an internship as a Software Engineer at Brainweb, complemented by a solid educational background in Computer Science from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas and UNSW.
