Henrique Akira Matsuo

Henrique Akira Matsuo is an experienced People Development Specialist currently working at iFood since October 2025. Prior to this role, Henrique served as an L&D Specialist at UOL from March 2019 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Development Center of Excellence, managing the Organizational Development team, and adapting performance evaluation models. Henrique also designed significant programs such as the Group’s first Performance Evaluation Program and Leadership Development Program, and developed training initiatives for various teams. Experience at TOTVS and Cielo involved LMS projects and course development, while earlier work as a headhunter at Sinqia focused on recruiting for project management roles in the investment sector. Henrique holds a B.A. in Psychology from Centro Universitário São Camilo.
