Julien Durand

Julien Durand currently serves as the SVP Chief Compliance Officer and Chairman of the Board for Sanofi Switzerland, with experience in roles such as Global Expert on Medical AI and Frontier Health Technologies for the World Health Organization and Chair of the Health Innovation Commission at IFPMA. Prior positions include VP of Global Compliance Strategy and Technologies at Takeda, Executive Director of Compliance at Amgen, and various compliance roles at AstraZeneca. Julien's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, a PhD in Engineering from Université Paris-Saclay, and ongoing doctorate studies in Laws at the University of Lucerne. Additionally, Julien holds master's degrees in Space Engineering & Medicine and European Law and serves as Professor and Head of the Corporate Sustainability Department at ISC Paris.
