Luca Deplano

Luca Deplano is an accomplished professional in the fields of policy and innovation, currently serving as Manager of Innovation and Access Policy at IFPMA since September 2018, after progressing through roles as Associate Manager and Policy Analyst. Additionally, Luca is a Founding Member of HYPER | Healthcare: Youth Perspectives. EmpoweRed since September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager for IP & Competition Policies at EFPIA and internships at BNP Paribas Asset Management, the Embassy of Italy in Indonesia, and Deloitte Italia. Luca holds a Master of Arts in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe and a Master in International Business and Economics from Università di Pavia, complemented by studies at iaelyon School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Università degli Studi di Genova.
