Vlora Fazliu

Vlora Fazliu has extensive experience in career guidance and education, currently serving as a Karriereveileder at iFront Karriere since August 2016. Responsibilities include planning, conducting, and evaluating courses, providing individual career advice, and engaging with clients and the labor market. Previous roles include working as a Veileder in arbeid og helse at Oppfølgingsenheten Frisk, where Vlora supported individuals with mental health challenges in returning to work, and as a Kursholder responsible for AMO courses for immigrant women. Additional experience includes supporting children with diverse needs as Støttekontakt for Barnevernet and serving in educational roles as Tospråklig assistent and Barnehageassistent. Vlora holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oslo and furthered studies in Career Guidance at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
