Lindsey Smith

Lindsey Smith currently serves as the Director of Labor Relations at IFS - Innovative Facility Services since February 2025. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Senior Employee Relations Manager at LogicMonitor from October 2024 to February 2025 and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at J&J Worldwide Services, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategies with business objectives for over 600 employees and overseeing various HR functions. In earlier roles, Lindsey was a Human Resources Generalist and served as Firm Business Manager and Paralegal at Sledge Law Group PLLC, managing HR and business operations. Lindsey's experience also includes a position as a Paralegal at the Texas Commission Environmental Quality. Lindsey holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
