Caroline Gates

Caroline Gates is a Learning Technology Specialist at IFS Institute since July 2023, involved in designing and developing online education materials for mental health care providers, implementing a new LMS for over 9,000 users, and providing graphic design and video editing support for virtual events. Previously, Caroline worked as an Instructional Designer at Presence, enhancing digital learning assets for a network of therapy providers, and served as a Clinical Research Coordinator II at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where e-learning programs were developed for patients and providers. Caroline's experience includes a role as an Instructional Design Intern at the University of Cincinnati and volunteer work as a Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line. Caroline holds a Master's in Education from the University of Cincinnati, having also completed Master's level coursework in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
