Nadine Mendelek, PhD, PCC, is the President of Self Leadership Focused Insights (SELFI), an international executive coaching boutique founded in June 2021, aimed at transforming personal and professional challenges for senior managers. Additionally, Nadine serves as an International Executive Coach at Skyline Group International since March 2014, specializing in innovative human capital solutions. A Level 3 IFS Certified Practitioner with extensive responsibilities at the IFS Institute, Nadine has held various program assistant roles in IFS training and retreats. With a background in Integral Leadership Coaching, Nadine is also a Nine Domains Certified Facilitator and a member of the Change Leaders network. Previous roles include establishing Assala Consulting, a firm focused on intercultural change management in Africa and managing the UNDP project "Entrepreneurship in Gabon." Nadine's academic credentials include degrees from prestigious institutions such as Princeton University and Université Paris Nanterre.
