Andrew Donkin

Andrew Donkin is an experienced professional in service management consulting and business development, currently serving as the Director of Service Management Consulting at IFS since January 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions at IBM as Delivery Partner Executive and at ClickSoftware as Director of Strategic Alliances, where responsibilities included partner channel management and software sales across the Middle East and Africa. Andrew's earlier experience includes managing consulting roles focused on performance improvement at Leadent, consulting on physical asset management at Thames Water, and engineering project management at Jeffares & Green. Andrew holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, alongside advanced engineering degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
