Ceri Daniels

Ceri Daniels currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at IFS, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ceri held multiple leadership positions in talent acquisition at UKG from August 2020 to June 2025, including VP, Global Talent Acquisition, and Senior Director, Talent Acquisition. Ceri's experience also includes significant roles at Kronos Incorporated, where responsibilities spanned from Director to Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for the EMEA and APAC regions from February 2014 to August 2020. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Recruiter at Avid, a Recruiter at Honeywell, and a Recruiter at Covance, along with experience as a Recruitment Coordinator at both Covance and Johnson & Johnson. Ceri holds a degree from the University of Chichester, completed between 2001 and 2004.
