Sohail Ali Khan

Sohail Ali Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of technical services and support, currently serving as Senior Director of Unified Support at IFS since August 2011. Sohail has held various leadership roles, including Director of Global Support - Service Management and Director of Technical Services and Consulting - EMEA. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Technical Services at John Lewis from August 2008 to February 2011. Sohail holds a Master of Science in Distributed Systems and Networks from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Science from NUML.
