Uditha de Silva

Uditha De Silva is a Senior Director and Strategic Tech Lead at IFS since January 2021, previously holding various leadership roles including Director of Software Engineering and Director of Quality Assurance in Aerospace & Defence. Prior to IFS, Uditha served at Mitra Innovation as Head of Quality and Process, where a quality engineering framework was developed that incorporated ISO standards. Earlier experience includes a role as Software Quality Engineering Manager at Pearson plc, managing significant projects that contributed to substantial revenue for the company, and overseeing Accessibility Shared Services. Uditha began the career as a QA Engineer at Virtusa and has accumulated diverse experience across several organizations, earning an MBA in Management and Strategy from the University of Derby and a BIT in Information Technology from the University of Colombo.
