Elizabeth Eichhorn

Elizabeth Eichhorn is currently a Startup Coach at IFundWomen. Prior to this, they were an Event Manager at Sauce LA and Dave Knight Real Estate. Elizabeth is also the founder of Ampersand Dinner, which is a facilitated face-to-face interaction served with local food that allows people to build connections in their community while nourishing their soul. The Ampersand community has grown substantially, hosting bimonthly dinners with an ever-expanding list of creative collaborators.

Elizabeth Eichhorn holds a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership and Youth, Family and Culture from Fuller Theological Seminary. Elizabeth also has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Texas Tech University, as well as a certificate in Business Administration from Pasadena City College. In addition, Elizabeth has completed a certificate program in Serv Safe certification and Nutrition and Health from Samford University.
