Nikki Howard

Nikki Howard is an active and dedicated member of various organizations focused on youth empowerment and community engagement. Currently serving as a member of the Premier's Youth Advisory Council and a Youth Advisor with the Commissioner for Children and Young People in Tasmania, Nikki also holds roles as the Tasmanian Growth Officer and Partnerships Manager at CodeGreen, where efforts are directed towards expanding the organization’s reach in Tasmania. As an ambassador for Country to Canberra, Nikki promotes gender equity and leadership among youth. Additional experiences include customer service roles at IGA Supermarkets and Hennessys Bakehouse, hosting a podcast titled Girls at Work that highlights women's achievements, and participation in programs such as the UN Youth National Conference and the National Youth Science Forum. Nikki's educational journey spans several institutions including the Harding Miller Education Foundation and the University of Tasmania, preparing for a future dedicated to effective advocacy and leadership.
