About the role: 

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with a focus on Data to join our Product team at iGP. In this position, you will be a key liaison with our Business Intelligence (BI) Team, fostering close collaboration with stakeholders across departments to craft and implement technical solutions within an Agile framework.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and articulate our reporting products, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements for new reporting features and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a well-organized product backlog, ensuring that priorities are clear and that development teams have a deep understanding of the desired outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Reporting Team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for reporting products, utilizing data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure that the development process is transparent and that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and changes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reporting best practices and tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or Economics).
• At least 2 years experience in data related field within an igaming environment, ideally as a Data Product Owner or similar.
• Shares a strong passion for Data, and believes data to be the primary tool in driving business-decisions.
• Solid Experience working in Agile methodology for product development.
• A natural leader with an inquisitive mind and an aptitude for seeking out information and driving initiatives.
• Able to seek out information and collect requirements from stakeholders in the form of well-specked user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ultra-organized, methodologic and process based.
• Very pro-active in order to find initiatives, projects and stakeholders in the background.
• Comfortable crafting and presenting complex roadmap, and projects details to C-Level stakeholders regularly (specially Quarters meetings on progress review).
