Fiona Miller

Fiona Miller is the Director of People Programmes at IGD. She has a background in senior leadership roles within the charity sector, focusing on delivering social impact through partnerships with education and industry. Fiona is responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of national employability programmes, as well as managing collaborative projects with universities. She has experience in store management and business analysis, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature. Fiona is currently pursuing a leadership programme at Henley Business School.
