Sabina Knotter-Finney

Sabina Knotter-Finney has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Sabina started their career at Oracle, where they held positions such as Project/Program/Practice Manager and later became the Practice Manager for SEESAT Consulting. In these roles, they managed a team of consultants and oversaw the implementation of Oracle's EBusiness Suite for clients in Austria and Eastern Europe.

After their tenure at Oracle, Sabina worked as the Local Bay Area Director for ProAuPair before transitioning to MongoDB. At MongoDB, they first served as the Director of Sales Operations, focused on building efficient and effective business processes for the sales force. Sabina then took on the role of Director of Business Operations, where they led a team in operationalizing various business units within the company.

Sabina's next career move was to Agari, where they initially served as the Director of Business Operations before being promoted to Vice President of Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO. In these roles, they focused on building business process and systems infrastructure across all business units and led annual and quarterly planning through OKR processes. Sabina also implemented various SaaS apps such as GainSight, Zendesk, and Netsuite.

Currently, Sabina is the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations at IGEL Technology. Sabina was initially hired to build out the sales operations function but quickly evolved into a revenue operations role. Sabina has grown the team to 25 people, covering various areas such as order management, deal desk, sales, channel, and customer success operations. Sabina has also implemented several tools and systems to enhance sales productivity.

In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Agile Requirements Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020, Spring '16 Release from Salesforce Trailhead in 2016, and Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2015.
