iGenius is  seeking a dynamic Commercial Strategy Manager to lead our commercial strategy efforts. If you excel in crafting business plans, analyzing market trends, and driving growth objectives, this role is for you.

The profile will report directly to the Head of Go to Market and Customer Success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Business Plans. You'll be the architect of our business growth, profitability, and market share. Crafting robust plans that marry short-term tactics with long-term strategies, all in perfect alignment with our company's vision and objectives.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Market Analysis, dive deep into market dynamics, dissecting trends, competitor movements, and potential opportunities or threats. Your insights will not just inform but drive actionable recommendations, steering our business towards growth.
  • Design and Refine Pricing Models. Balancing the delicate equation of revenue maximization, competitive positioning, and customer value, you'll design and refine pricing models. Constantly vigilant, you'll adjust these structures in response to market shifts and our evolving company objectives.
  • Optimize Lead Generation and sales funnel analysis. Your collaboration with sales and marketing teams will guarantee efficient and effective lead-to-customer conversions.
  • Centralize Communication and Alignment. As the linchpin between various departments, including sales, product development, marketing, and customer support, you'll ensure seamless alignment on commercial strategy and execution. Acting as a conduit, you'll foster synergy, driving our collective efforts towards success.
  • Develop Impactful Go-To-Market Strategies. Launching new products or refining existing ones requires meticulous planning. You'll spearhead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, identifying target markets, positioning products, and orchestrating sales channels. Your collaboration with the marketing team will ensure a triumphant launch and widespread adoption of our software solutions.
  • Maintain Transparent Communication. Your consistent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders will provide clarity on strategy progress, challenges encountered, and outcomes achieved. This transparency will foster trust and ensure that everyone is marching in unison towards our strategic goals.
