Beatrice Del Frate

Beatrice Del Frate has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles.

Starting in 2015, Beatrice worked as a Trainee Student at POLITEIA, where they assisted in the design and realization of cultural and scientific activities related to public applied ethics.

In 2016, they continued their training as a Trainee Student at CIMeC UniTn and Universiteit Gent, where they gained experience in cognitive and affective psychophysiology as well as learning and decision-making.

In 2017, Beatrice held the role of Blog Writer at Bocconi Behavioural Insights Association of Students (B.BIAS), where they contributed to the organization's blog. Beatrice also worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Centre for Neuromarketing Research "Behavior & Brain Lab" at Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione IULM during the same year.

In 2018, Beatrice worked at SR LABS - The Eye Tracking Company as a Neuromarketing Researcher, where they conducted qualitative and quantitative marketing and web usability research experiments. Beatrice also joined Accenture AI as a Data Science Consultant, leading projects related to conversational AI and holding the Scrum Master role.

From 2018 to 2020, Beatrice continued their work at Accenture AI as a Data Science Analyst, focusing on the development process of digital conversational products.

In 2022, they joined a2a as a Digital Project Manager, responsible for the development of new features of the app "MyA2A" and the adoption of Agile methodologies.

Currently, Beatrice works at iGenius as a Product Manager, where they contribute to the company's mission of humanizing and democratizing business data through their proprietary GPT for numbers platform, Crystal.

Beatrice Del Frate has a diverse education background. Beatrice completed a Digital Product Management Master program at Talent Garden Innovation School in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Cognitive Science (Cognitive Neuroscience track) from Università di Trento, which they completed between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, Beatrice holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, which they earned from 2012 to 2015.

In terms of certifications, Beatrice has achieved the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2022. Beatrice also obtained a certification in Digital Product Management Part Time Master from Talent Garden Innovation School in May 2021.
