Julio Martin

Julio Martin has extensive experience in the field of applied clinical development, specifically focused on single-gene disorders, through a current role at IGENOMIX since 2017. Responsibilities include the development of new tests and targets for carrier screening, preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy, newborn screening, and hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. Additionally, expertise encompasses next-generation sequencing-based tests such as multigene panels, clinical exome, whole exome sequencing, and whole genome sequencing. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Laboratorio at IVIOMICS. Julio Martin holds an educational background from Universidad de Barcelona.
