Omar Moussa

Omar Moussa is an experienced data professional specializing in data engineering, business intelligence, and big data analytics. Currently serving as Data Engineering Manager at IGI - International General Insurance Co. Ltd. since September 2019, Omar Moussa is responsible for designing data pipelines and creating data models to support various business stakeholders. Additionally, Omar Moussa works as a freelance instructor at the Information Technology Institute, teaching courses in big data and data science. Previously, Omar Moussa held roles at TPAY Mobile as Principal Data Scientist and at Etisalat Misr as Tools & Analytics Senior Principal Engineer, where analytical models and tools were developed to enhance customer insights and optimize network performance. Omar Moussa holds a Master’s degree in Informatics with a focus on Big Data and Data Science from Nile University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University, complemented by a diploma in System Development from ITI.
