Jay Smith

Jay Smith has worked in the software industry for over 15 years. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Project Manager at eSolutionsGroup. In 2021, they moved to Igloo Software, where they currently work as a Senior Product Manager.

Jay Smith attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a BSc in Computer Science. In 2011, Jay Smith obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. In June 2022, Jay Smith obtained a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
