Zineb Laraki

Zineb Laraki currently serves as the Agentic AI Principal Product Manager at ServiceTitan, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Zineb was the Vice President and Head of Product at Conversica, focusing on enterprise generative AI chatbots and AI-powered digital assistants for marketing, sales, and customer success. Zineb’s extensive experience includes a role as Director of Product Management at Salesforce, where responsibilities included overseeing Einstein Conversation Mining and conversational AI initiatives. Presentations at prominent events such as Dreamforce and Innovation Summit highlight Zineb's prominence in the field. Additional contributions to the Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students and various board memberships illustrate Zineb's commitment to entrepreneurial initiatives.
