Katrina Sipkes has over 20 years of experience in sales, training, and people & culture programs. Katrina began their career in 1998 as an Account Manager at Corel Corporation, where they were a team leader for the inside sales team and provided mid- and top-tier customer support and conflict resolution. Katrina then moved to Open Text in 2000 as a Technical Sales Executive, where they worked with customers in highly regulated industries to tailor records management software to meet their business needs. In 2002, Katrina joined TruArc Inc. as a Technical Account Executive, where they were responsible for Canadian consulting and sales of records management software. Katrina then moved to J&D Systems in 2003 as an Inside Sales Manager, where they hired, trained, and managed a new team of 5 inside sales representatives. Katrina then joined BlackBerry in 2007 as a Global Sales Enablement Manager, Operations Manager, and Manager, R&D Knowledge Management & Business Operations. In 2016, they joined Blueprint Software Systems as a Manager, Sales Enablement, where they led the development and execution of training, communications, coaching, and knowledge management programs for the Global Sales organization. Finally, Katrina joined Igloo Software in 2018 as a People & Culture Programs Manager, Growth Enablement Manager, and Training Program Manager.
Katrina Sipkes attended McMaster University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Physical Education degree.
