Rebecca Nielsen has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Rebecca began their career as a Technical Recruiter for Multec Canada in 2004. Rebecca then worked as a Manager, Engineering Recruitment for Brainhunter/Protec in 2005, a Senior Recruiter for Futurestep in 2008, a Recruitment Specialist for General Electric in 2008, Head of Delivery for Head2Head in 2011, a Contract Recruiter for Samsung in 2012, an Improv Teacher for Impatient Theatre Co. in 2012, and a Resource Specialist for PTAG in 2012. In 2017, they became a Recruiter for CentralSquare Technologies, where they performed full cycle recruitment, assisted with policy research and vacation database mergers, and drafted internal offer letters and immigration letters. In 2019, they joined Igloo Software as a Customer Success Manager, and then as a Customer Success Representative, where they worked collaboratively with customers and monitored customer utilization. Finally, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner for Igloo Software.

Rebecca Nielsen has an educational background in Environmental Sciences, having obtained a B.SC. from Trent University between 1994 and 1998. Rebecca has also obtained additional certifications, including the Certified Human Resources Professional - CHRP from the HRPA - Office of the Registrar in February 2020, and the Customer Success Manager Level 1 and Advanced Customer Success Manager Level II from Pulse Academy by Gainsight in January and February 2022 respectively.
