Rebecca O'Reilly has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and education sectors. Since March 2018, Rebecca O'Reilly has served in various capacities at Igloo Software, culminating in the position of Vice President of Customer Experience. Prior to that, Rebecca O'Reilly worked at Capco from 2010 to 2017, where Rebecca O'Reilly progressed from Associate to Principal Consultant while leading significant digital transformation projects. Earlier career experiences include teaching and curriculum coordination at Roe Green Junior School and involvement in research and teaching assistance at the University of Guelph. Rebecca O'Reilly holds a Bachelor of Education from Western University, a Master's degree in History from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor's degree with Honours in History and Fine Arts from the University of Waterloo.
