Hao Ha

Hao Ha has a diverse work experience background in various roles related to product management and business analysis.

Starting from 2011, Hao worked at Honda Vietnam Company Limited as a Project Manager and Application Manager. In this role, they provided consulting services to improve flexibility, centralization, and user-friendliness of systems. Hao also collaborated with operating departments to implement new systems.

In 2016, Hao joined Nexttech Group of Technopreneurs as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst. Hao'sresponsibilities included defining user and business requirements, creating business and data flows, and supporting development and testing teams. Hao also served as the BAQA Department Manager, leading a team of up to 16 employees, allocating resources, and providing guidance on effective work practices.

Hao then moved to VNPT IT in 2017, where they worked as a Senior IT Business Analyst. Hao was responsible for defining and clarifying client and business requirements, creating flow diagrams and prototypes, and collaborating with development and testing teams for implementation. Hao contributed to E-Government projects such as iOffice, iGate, and iPortal.

In 2018, Hao joined Be Group as a Product Manager, where they managed product-related activities. Hao remained in this role until 2019, when they joined a US-based tech-startup company as a Senior Product Manager.

Most recently, in 2022, Hao joined Igloo as a Product Manager.

Hao Ha holds a Master of Technology degree in Management Information Systems from Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Economic and Law (UEL), VNU HCMC, from 2006 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Hao Ha has completed the Advance Business Analyst program from Công ty cổ phần đào tạo và tư vấn BAC in 2017. Hao also holds certifications in Customer Relationship Expert from Maritime Bank in October 2010, Professional Banking from the Economics and Law University in September 2008, and Professional Accounting from the HCM University of Economics in January 2008.
