Jose Arceo

Jose Arceo has had a diverse range of work experiences. Jose'smost recent role was as the Head of Placement at Igloo, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Sales at Q2 HR Solutions from September 2022 to April 2023. Jose also gained experience as a Senior Regional Manager at Manulife China Bank Life Insurance Corporation from May 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they worked at FWD Insurance, where they held the positions of Head of Corporate Care Sales and Corporate Care Agency Sales Manager from October 2019 to December 2020 and from May 2018 to October 2019, respectively. In addition, they have held positions at AXA Philippines as an Agency Development Manager from April 2015 to December 2017 and as the Corporate Sales Management Head for Corporate Solutions from July 2013 to April 2015. Jose also worked at BPI-Philam Life as the Head of New Business Sales for Corporate Solutions from October 2012 to July 2013, and at Philam Life as an Agency Sales Manager for Corporate Solutions from January 2011 to October 2012.

Jose Arceo has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Jose also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from De La Salle University.
