Vinod Dontimalla

Vinod Dontimalla has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vinod is currently working as the Regional Human Resources Director at Igloo since 2023. Prior to that, they were an Advisor at Workplace Accelerator, where they invested in early seed-stage HR Tech start-ups. From 2016 to 2023, Vinod worked at Openspace Ventures as the Director of Human Resources and as a Strategic HR Advisor to portfolio companies. Vinod also served as an Expert Panel (Advisory) member at Wealth Management Institute from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they were the HR Manager at ZALORA Group and held the position of Regional Talent Acquisition Lead. Vinod started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Singapore and later worked as an Entrepreneur in an Executive Search firm. Vinod also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley and as an Account Manager at Encora Inc. In 2005, Vinod started their professional journey as a Process Associate at GENPACT LLC.

Vinod Dontimalla pursued an education in the field of business administration, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business from James Cook University in 2007-2008. Prior to this, Vinod obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Andhra University. Additionally, Vinod has obtained additional certifications in Introduction to Psychology from Coursera in June 2020, and a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from the Ministry of Manpower.
